Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with Wildflower Lymphatic Therapy, please contact Erica by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach me, please leave a message on my voicemail system.

If I do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the below policy will be applied.

Note: I recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.); therefore I may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

Missed Appointments

When you book an appointment with Wildflower Lymphatic Therapy, that time is allotted for you – and ONLY you.  I will do my best to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, I ask that you keep your promise and show up for your appointment on time.

Please understand that lymphatic therapists only get paid when they deliver treatment.  Consequently, missed appointments are costly and prevent us from providing treatment to other clients.

My policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment as booked.

Privacy

At Wildflower Lymphatic Therapy, there is a strict privacy policy in place regarding collecting, using, securing, and disclosing your personal information. Wildflower Lymphatic Therapy collects your personal information for the purpose of treatment, instruction, and related administrative purposes and do not share your information unless specifically requested by you or if the law requires it. Wildflower Lymphatic Therapy can provide you with a copy of our complete privacy policy if you request it.
